CNC Dressing Device

CNC path-controlled dressing units for diamond-coated rollers are designed to dress complex special shapes with a precision of 0.001 mm using path control. Cross and feed slides are rigid, low-vibration slide systems with precise N/V needle guides and a roller screw drive, which enable high feed and repeat accuracy. Direct position measuring systems are integrated as standard. Older systems without interpolating axes in particular can be retrofitted with these CNC dressers.
