SPL Dressing Devices

A basic model customized to your requirements
Dressing devices are customized systems specially designed for dressing with diamond profile rollers. The base body is made of aged machine cast iron with excellent damping properties. The drive motor is selected to match your machine control system. Dressing speeds of up to 7,000 rpm can be achieved with direct drive or belt drive.
 
Our specially developed quick-change system in conjunction with our original dressing  mandrels reduce set-up and maintenance times to a minimum.
 
Structure-borne noise systems, speed monitoring, belt monitoring or sealing air can be integrated as required. Depending on the task at hand, we develop portal-mounted or single-sided mounted dressing units.
