Устройства для правки – это индивидуально разработанные системы, специально предназначенные для правки с помощью алмазных профильных роликов. Основной корпус изготовлен из машинного чугуна после искусственного старения с наилучшими демпфирующими свойствами. Приводной двигатель подбирается в соответствии с системой управления вашего станка. Скорость правки до 7000 об/мин может быть реализована при помощи встроенного привода или ременного привода. Наша специально разработанная система быстрой смены в сочетании с нашими оригинальными оправками сокращает время настройки и технического обслуживания до минимума. При необходимости интегрируются системы акустического контроля, контроля скорости, контроля ремня или блокирующего сжатого воздуха. В зависимости от технического задачи мы разрабатываем устройства для правки с портальной опорой или с односторонней опорой.
