Опорные патроны от SPL

Опорные патроны SPL представляют собой механические шпиндели без встроенного привода. Они устанавливаются в высокоточные шпиндельные подшипники, которые монтируются с определенным предварительным натягом, чтобы обеспечить максимальную жесткость во время процесса правки. Достигается точность кругового вращения на диаметре крепления менее <0,002 мм. Могут быть реализованы скорости правки до 7000 об/мин. Обычно используются диаметры крепления 40 мм, 50 мм, 50,8 мм, 52 мм, 56 мм, 63 мм, 72 мм и 80 мм для алмазных роликов, однако возможны и другие размеры по желанию заказчика. Диаметры крепления для алмазных роликов изготавливаются с размерной точностью h2.

Опорные патроны серии «XP» представляют собой механические шпиндели со встроенной гидравлической системой зажима. Это позволяет заменить алмазный валик за несколько минут. Такое зажатие XP обеспечивает надежное и точное зажатие алмазного валика. Достигается точность кругового вращения на диаметре крепления менее <0,002 мм. Могут быть реализованы скорости правки до 7000 об/мин. Диаметры крепления 50 мм, 50,8 мм, 52 мм, 56 мм, 63 мм, 72 мм, 80 мм доступны с размерной точностью h2.
